Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of physid.ai, api.physid.ai, mcp.physid.ai, and docs.physid.ai while PhysID is in sandbox mode (v1.2). Production terms — including pricing, SLAs, hardware fulfilment, and operator obligations — are agreed separately with each customer at deployment.
Service in sandbox mode
v1.2 is a sandbox surface. Every API and MCP response carries "mode": "sandbox" and does not represent real registry state. No service-level commitments are made for the sandbox surface; it may be changed, restarted, or temporarily withdrawn without notice. Do not use it for production traffic.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.
- Do not use PhysID to identify or track human beings — PhysID is for physical AI identity, not biometric or human-tracking workloads.
- Do not represent PhysID-generated sandbox responses as real registry data to downstream users.
Intellectual property
PhysID, the wordmark, and the visual identity are property of Provenance Tags ApS. The wire format and credential schema are documented; reference implementations are available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. PhysID operates within the EU regulatory framework.
