Privacy policy.
Provenance Tags ApS (Copenhagen, Denmark) operates PhysID. We are the data controller for personal data collected through physid.ai. We operate within the EU regulatory framework and our app data terminates in EU regions.
What we collect
- Access requests. Name, work email, and the fields you provide on the access form. Stored in a Fly Postgres cluster in the EU, used only to respond to your request and to issue sandbox keys when production access flows ship.
- Server logs. IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request paths, retained for short windows for security and abuse-detection purposes.
- Transactional email. Confirmation and notification emails sent via Postmark from
notifications@mail.physid.ai. Email content is the form payload you submitted.
What we do not collect
- Cookies for analytics or advertising. The landing page sets no tracking cookies.
- Third-party trackers, ad pixels, or session replay tooling.
- NFC payloads, decode-request bodies, or operator identifiers in plain text beyond what is needed for the immediate response on the API surface.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Mail hello@physid.ai with the email address you submitted and we will respond within 30 days.
